Ligneus offers IT support services to residents in Arundel and its surrounding areas.  Ligneus has experience across a broad range of technologies and can support the majority of residential technical needs; from fixing performance issues on laptops, tablets & PCs through to training & familiarisation on common systems and applications, or installing / troubleshooting broadband or Wi-Fi issues.

The following services fall within the Ligneus service portfolio, but it doesn't stop there i.e. Ligneus has access to supporting partners and are able to serve the majority of technical requirements so please don't hesitate to ask if your issue is not listed below.

Ligneus strives to deliver professional & cost-effective services, offering the option of home call-outs or remote support charged in 15 minute slots to ensure customers only pay for what they've consumed. Call-out charges are £45 (inc. VAT) within 2 miles of Arundel and includes the first hour of support (£36 per hour thereafter).  Remote support is charged at £10 per 15 minutes (inc. VAT).

Call-outs can be arranged where customers are more than 2 miles from Arundel and the price will depend on distance from Arundel. Where an out-of-area call-out is requested, the price of the call-out will be agreed with the customer in advance.
